Biography Leontine van der Goes
​
Since 2010 Leontine has focused fully on strategy, transformation and organisation culture, as an executive and independent board consultant. Before that, Leontine has held senior executive roles in equity capital markets, corporate banking, business development and as a lawyer. Her broad fascination for transformation and innovation, continuous learning and an outside-in approach to solving problems is embedded in her career.
Next to her executive work, Leontine is an experienced supervisory board member with a broad stakeholder perspective and sense of purpose. She is a strategic thinker with operational strength, with knowledge of and experience in sustainability, transformation, organisation culture and governance.

Leontine is an active member of several networks of female leaders in the Netherlands. Leontine lives with her husband and three young children and together they divide their time between the city life of Amsterdam and the rural countryside of the Achterhoek. She loves (performing) arts, photography, history, growing food and reading good books.
